Hi,
I want to buy a development board to improve my skills in embedded & analog electronics area.

Do you have any experience in other "worlds" - particularly electronics & programming?

As far as the compiler is concerned, the particular board is irrelevant: it generates code for the CPU - it makes no difference what board the chip is mounted on!
Why IAR specifically?
If IAR is so specifically important, have you contacted IAR? They have a range of learning resources...

Hi Andy,
Thanks for the reply.
But I didn't know which board I can buy to apply my learning practically. (In specific I want to work with arm cortex series devices and learn about ADCs, DACs, Protocols, etc.. )
Do you have any idea on startup board which I can buy and start using it. I have searched online on that. But there are many suggestions and I am not able to pick one. That is the reason I have posted in this community.

So you should be familiar with their training resources.
Look at the bottom of the Embedded Workbench page:
https://www.iar.com/iar-embedded-workbench/#!?architecture=Arm
There's links to "Partners" - which show starter kits, etc.
