AS YOU CAN SEE MY CAPTURE DATA FROM ADC CHANNEL 1 AS PREFIX a20.00000. im perplexed by this result

RealTerm just displays what you send it - so your code must be doing it!

Almost certainly the problem is in sending the data to the terminal - nothing to do with the ADC.
