Sram compiler installation problem

I want install number 1 picture  and follow the user guide 
It doesn't seem to be implemented due to an unknown problem. Can you help me?
The place I installed is centos7(linux) and set environmental parameters(2 picture) at .bashrc
and then execute the compiler (3 picture)
Lastly, When can we talk on the phone through MS teams?
