Arm debug feature(Embedded Trace Extension) timestamp is incorrect

When I grab the debug data via ETM, the timestamp displayed seems to be incorrect, and I would like to confirm with you if there is any problem on the hardware(Cortex-X3 Cortex-A715 Cortex-A510), and we don't rule out software issues like (Linux kerenl, driver perf too, simpleperf)
