Error not upgrading to Android 8.0

I am using an Oppo f3 plus smartphone and I cannot upgrade to Android 8.0, I am currently using Android 6.1

    I have a Redmi A1 smartphone and the android version is 7.0. I have connected a wireless xerox printer with my phone. Some days ago suddenly a problem occurred in my printer. I got the solution after searching many websites and connected xerox printer repair in USA. Then printer the problem was solved but I can't upgrade to version 8. what should I do?
