LLVM compiler with Morello support - 1.8 release announcement

 The 1.8 release for the LLVM compiler with Morello support is now out. As usual, the binaries can be found in the llvm-project-releases repository:

The release includes the following changes:

• Based on clang-14

As usual, the release includes various bug fixes.
