Morello Linux environment - 1.7 release

We are very pleased to announce a new version of our SDK and base root fs images for Morello Linux 1.7.

This release comprises the following new additions:

• GDB support with Capabilities.
• Support for vDSO in musl.
• Initial support for compartments (limited demo of basic cases) https://git.morello-project.org/morello/morello-examples
• New versions for compilers and C libraries.
