Dear support team,
I have been trying to install CheriBSD on the morello board, first I cannot install desktop environment during installation, although, it does give an option but it does not work. I have been trying this for a couple of months.
2. I cannot install pkg packages.
I found a months' old post where arm suggested to wait for the same issue.

Waiting for your kind assistance.
Thank you
Hi,
It will be difficult to help you without more details on what the problem is exactly. Make sure to follow the latest instructions from https://ctsrd-cheri.github.io/cheribsd-getting-started/cover/index.html and report which step fails (and how), if any. The post you linked was written from before the release adding graphics support (22.12).
Thanks,Kevin
Hi Kevin,
Thank you so much for your reply.
I followed all of the steps. However, I cannot install pkg pakages and nor I can install desktop during the installation of cheribsd. Please see the attached pictures. The link of someone else's support I refered previously shows the same errors from 9 months ago.
Hope that makes it clear for you.
Regards
It sounds like you just don't have a working network connection. Did you configure it when prompted in the installer? Does it work outside of pkg64(c)?
Hi
Than you for your reply
I do have network. It does not install either way. You may see four of the screenshots attached.
Best
Is there any reason you may see for this issue?
I have tried several ways to fix this issue but unfortunately it has not been resolved. Please see the attached pictures below. There is no internet connectivity issue here.
I can ping 8.8.8.8. There is no issue in the connectivity.
This is probably not the best place for CheriBSD-related questions. I would recommend trying on the CHERI-CPU Slack instead:
