Newer Mali GPUS need a custom driver.

  1. just like turnip, the proprietary driver is very bad doesn't even support full vulkan api support, we need a full api support custom driver that we can use that in our android phones just like the Qualcomm guys do, is there any possibilities to make a custom driver ?
  2. Newer mali gpus can't emulate even switch games bcoz there is no custom driver support.
  3. We just need a custom driver with bcn texture compression which is only supported by v10 valhall architecture gpus, and dxvk required extensions for a translation layer.
