Mali GPU Application Developer Guides now available!

Previously only available to ARM Mali licensees, ARM has now made the Mali GPU OpenGL ES Application Development Guide and the Mali GPU OpenVG Application Development Guide available for download in pdf format. These guides are very useful for writing code in the relevant Khronos standards and in particular when taking advantage of Mali GPU-specific features.
