Cannot Debug when enabling Trace with FRDM-MCXN947

Hi

I am working with a development board NXP FRDM-MCXN947. It has an on board debug adapter MCU-LINK. I want to use "Debug (printf) Viewer" in µVision by sending characters to ITM Port 0 with SWO.

But if I check "Trace Enable" in the debug settings, there ist an error when starting a debug session:

Any Idea what's wrong here?
