NXP 1064 chip. uVision 5.40.

I have seen this ticket:

 uVision Peripherals System Viewer shows empty since upgrading 

and have tried uninstalling & re-installing the DFP but that does not appear to work for me. I am wondering if I need to uninstall & manually delete some folders and start over?

Thanks for any suggestions.
