I'm new to development on ARM and have been tasked to evaluate different Arm Cortex M0 based Bluetooth SOCs.
Unfortunately, the ressources provided by some of the manufacturers are scarce and i'm left to wonder how I can install a .pack file that does not come with a .pdsc file or even follow the naming convention.
The development kit in question is the HM-BT4531.
