I have downloaded and installed keil MDK v5.39 and am unable to install any package in the package manager. I get the following error messages:E: the specified CMSIS Pack root directory does NOT exist! Please take a moment to verify that the value is correct, or create a new directory using the `cpackget init` command.The download of "">www.keil.com/.../Keil.TM4C_DFP.1.1.0.pack" is not possible: General errorThe file www.keil.com/.../Keil.TM4C_DFP.1.1.0.pack cannot be downloaded: General errorI have also tried downloading the package manually and then importing it, but it still does not work. Any suggestions?
