Can you create custom targets in Keil Studio Cloud?

Hello there,

I would like to know if it is possible to create and use custom targets in KSC.

After searching online i saw that the KSC Documentation has a Section about custom targets and how to set them up,
but this section only exists in Version 1.5.X in the Documentation the Versions 1.6.X and 1.7.X do not have it.

And so i would like to know if this feature was removed or if it is still possible.
