License support ARM compiler issues

Hello support team,

 

I am using MDK-ARM v5.38 with ARM compiler 5.06u7 to compile Rensas/Dialog DA14531MOD device.

In my previous computer, every works out of the box.

But once I installed Keil on my new PC with the same toolchain I got the following error, which that the license is not set correctly (See below)

My Keil is licensed as a PRO version

Please advise back on what I am doing wrong here.
