MDK5.38 with NXP example, build failed.

I bought LPCXpresso824MAX eval board. download and installed MDK5.38 . try example of LPC824_Example_Code_Bundle_Keil_r1.0. LPC824 Example Code Bundle Keil (nxp.com)

build failed.

Please let me know what I did wrong.

You can download from here - I recommend sorting by release version (rather than date) to get the latest: developer.arm.com/.../ACOMP5

Is this a non-commercial project? If so, you can request a community edition license:
