PC-lint Configure WIndow Display Error

PC-Lint Configure window display Error

When i cofgure PC-Lint，I find it not like as Help。

PC operating system: Win11 22H2.

    I don't understand the 2nd picture, please explain your problem in more detail.

    But, I can access the PC-Lint Help page on my Win-10 installation

    -> To what folder do you have installed Keil MDK?

    -> Is this a registered or a Lite installation of Keil MDK?
