I'm missing the following file: ARMCompiler_506_Windows_x86_b960.zip, for the past week I've been trying to download it from developer.arm.com/.../ACOMP5 the arm dev hub for legacy downloads multiple times at different times of day, but I keep getting error messages, can't find the reason for this to be broken for so long, when it will be fixed or any other place to get it from, that isn't "sketchy". I tried it via Aspera and browser download, non is working. The newer compiler version is optimizing "bad" code in a way that is damaging to my needs. A workaround with compiler version 6 is too complicated. I need this for Uni projects, but even our prof didn't think about it, that the newest 5.37 Keil version would just drop compiler version 5.
As Arm Compiler 5 has reached the end of support, it is strongly recommended to migrate your project to Arm Compiler 6.
But, if you still require AC5 for your current project, select: Arm Compiler 5.06 update 7 (build 960) Win32
Legacy Arm Compiler 5 (ACOMP5)
(a download worked for me a moment ago)

I just tried again, weirdly enough it did not work on my PC or Windows Convertible, however it worked on my phone!
