Sometimes when I click on Start/Stop debug session, an error message appears: " Error: 'C:\Keil\ARM\BIN\SARMCM3.DLL' not found. But the file is in the folder.
What could be the problem?

- Do you face this issue with the latest release of Keil MDK installed: http://www2.keil.com/mdk5 ?
- Does this error appear after a new installation of Keil MDK?

My release is 5.22.0.0. I haven't done new installations. Every time that I add text to my project, the message appears and I have to close the project, reopen , build two times (the first one I get an error) and then it's ok.
So, please compare with the latest release of Keil MDK installed.
