usb ttl converter device error

Hello, i am trying to measure distance by hcsr04 distancesensor. I need to connect usb-tll conventer to pc and load code to my microcontroller. But, i am getting that error whlie uploading my code. You can see my device manager menu on photos. What can i do correct that error?
