uVision v5.34 & ULINK-ME not working for CMSIS-RTOS2 for LPC1768

Hi,

I'm developing a multi-thread application for NXP LPC1768, and I have issues flashing and debugging the CMSIS-RTOS2 application for my target device.

Flashing and debugging 'normal' (non- RTOS) applications to the target harware is no problem, but I'm not able to debug the CMSIS-RTOS2 application on my target, even not the smallest application. Also, I get the messages 'Cannot Access Memory @ 0x0.......', and the message 'Trace: no Synchronisation'.

The settings for my debug harware (ULINK-ME) are identical in both cases. I'm using uVision version 5.34, Compiler version v6.16.

Anyone any idea?
