Absolute vs relative include paths?

Is there any way to create an absolute filepath for the Include Paths area of the Target Options?

Every time I specify a path using the browser, it gets converted to a relative path (..\..\..\..\<path>\<to>\<includes>).  What if I want to specify an absolute address of C:\x\y\z ?
