Model Debugger compiler error for "has been denied by Flex back-end. Error : -5"

I install Canvas & model debugger evaluation on win7 which run.

I create a project & compiler on Canvas Model Build process completed successfully!!

then I use "Debug" on Canvas.

The model debugger show "Error (Cannot load model library) Cannot load model library 'D:\Program Files\ARM\FastModelsPortfolio_11.8\examples\Tool-Solutions-master\Tool-Solutions-master\hello-world_fast-models\Cortex-A_Armv8-A\system\Win64-Release-VC2015\cadi_system_Win64-Release-VC2015.dll': Error: General error: ERROR: License checkout for feature SG_ARM_Cortex-A53_CT with version 11.8 has been denied by Flex back-end. Error code: -5 No such feature exists. Feature: SG_ARM_Cortex-A53_CT License path: D:/license.dat;c:\program files\arm\licenses\license.dat; FlexNet Licensing error:-5,357 Error: No License found: <Ok>"

how can i fix it? thanks

    This is a licensing error.  The most likely causes are either (a) you haven't got a valid license to run the Cortex-A53 Fast Model, or (b) the LM_LICENSE_FILE and ARMLMD_LICENSE_FILE environment variables are set up incorrectly.  Please do the following and let me know the results.

    • check the following files exist, and if so what they contain D:/license.dat, c:\program files\arm\licenses\license.dat
    • set the environment variable FLEXLM_LICENSE_DIAGNOSTICS = 3, and try the process again.  Let me know what messages are printed in the transcript regarding licensing
