keil5 compile success but load fail

Error information and related set up are as follow: 

command not supported

    You had J17, seem to recall J34 being current.

    The serial number looks invalid, suggesting you have a clone/boot-leg device.

    What does the pop-up error actually say? Does the ST-LINK Utility work externally from Keil?

    Custom board? Has it's functionality actually been established?

    The L4 also sometimes has dual/single bank flash configurations, requiring the appropriate flash algorithm to be selected.
