That's your homework. You do it.
Back in the day we had text books that explained ARM Assembler in an incremental/progressive form. Perhaps you should try to understand the underlying mechanics here before Googling an answer you lack the foundation to assimilate.
Perhaps implement in a language you do understand, and then expand/translate from there?
if ((a >= 'A') && (a <= 'Z')) a += ('a' - 'A');

Some book suggestions for you:
http://www.keil.com/books/armbooks.asp
In particular, Joseph Yiu's Definitive Guide to ARM® Cortex®-M3 and Cortex®-M4 Processors has chapters on the Instruction Set and Assembler programming...
The Keil Assembler User Guide is here:
http://www.keil.com/support/man/docs/armasm/armasm_dom1359731119400.htm

Do you understand how to do that in general - without the use of Assembler?

In what way "invalid" ?
Have you checked those codes to understand what they're doing?
What debugging have you done?
it"s not my homework. i am just trying some code in keil as i have try arithmetic operation ,for and while loop.
AsWestonsupermare Pier says, just "trying" random code isn't a terribly effective learning approach.
You need a proper tutorial and/or textbook which will begin at the beginning and work you through, step by step, in a logical and progressive course of learning.
I might suggest books by JR Gibson, Bruce Smith, or Ali Mazadi
Unfortunately hard to critique code I can't see, and search results that aren't cited. Formulate better questions, you'll get better answers...
