I generated ds-5 license, when I installed server license, there is no server line in the license.dat, I put a server line in the file as instructed as follows

No, I don't see DAEMOM line.
Oh, I think I see now: the eval license is node-locked (e.g. has HOSTID=...) and someone has tried to make it floating by adding the SERVER line -- that won't work. You should be able to use the original eval license (without the SERVER line) by putting the pathname of the license in the ARMLMD_LICENSE_FILE environment variable.

The eval license above (with the SERVER line removed) *is* node-locked (HOSTID=...). All DS-5 eval licenses are node-locked.
If the license above is locked to the wrong machine then you'll need to get a new eval license. See <infocenter.arm.com/.../index.jsp about finding the right hostid for a linux machine. Since you've already had an eval license, silver.arm.com may be reluctant to give you another; you may need to email license.support@arm.com (or use your existing support case) explaining the problem and supplying the new hostid.
I got ds-5 to work by the floating license server. But the new ds-5 has still problem to debug the static library. It works fine with main application. But once the debugger enters a function in a static library. The debugging indicator always jumps forward and backward. This issue has been reported before. It seems it is still there.
This should really be discussed in a different/new thread. Do you have a URL to a thread where it was reported before?
What optimization level was the static library built with? It's not unusual for the PC to move in unexpected ways at higher optimization levels.
