ADuC847 Flash download Failed - Target DLL has been cancelled

Hello!

I've installed Uspear driver flash downloading on my ADuC847 (from ">http://www.keil.com/download/docs/285.asp

Compilation finishes with success. But I can't download the program on the board. The following message appears:
"Flash download Failed - Target DLL has been cancelled".

Have you got any ideas concerned with it?

    I can upload Demo project to the ADuC847 by Aspire2. But this tool is very poor. By the way it works only with Demo project (at least I can't find a cause).
    If you can upload any project, you can upload all.

    I would like to work with Keil, because I have some experience with it.
    then do so, only an IDEiot will be incabable of using one tool for compiling/linking and another for upload8ing.
