Hello!
I've installed Uspear driver flash downloading on my ADuC847 (from ">http://www.keil.com/download/docs/285.asp
Compilation finishes with success. But I can't download the program on the board. The following message appears: "Flash download Failed - Target DLL has been cancelled".
Have you got any ideas concerned with it?
This is a question for Accutron support. I really suggest that you contact them.
The Accutron toy *err* emulator might need a couple of processor resets before it starts working. You might also try putting the processor into firmware upload mode.
Thank you for answers! I will try to contact with Accutron support. I can upload Demo project to the ADuC847 by Aspire2. But this tool is very poor. By the way it works only with Demo project (at least I can't find a cause). I would like to work with Keil, because I have some experience with it.

I would like to work with Keil, because I have some experience with it. then do so, only an IDEiot will be incabable of using one tool for compiling/linking and another for upload8ing.

I had the same problem with Uspear (USB Version). Keil message: "Flash download Failed - Target DLL has been cancelled"
Solution:
The Spear-Keil-Drivers that you can find on the accutron homepage didn't work with Uspear (USB). But the drivers on my installation CD of Uspear did work.
I confirm with the spaer_keil_drivers the problem was solved.
In the debug tab of target configuration select the "other" Accutron emulator (i.e "Uspear(Accutron) Ltd"
