In micro-Vision IDE attached to LPC900 Development Studio, the Device/Target menu shows the possibility of expanding off-chip code memory(EPROM) & off-chip Xdata memory(RAM). How to realize it? Does P89LPC932 provide /EA, /PSEN, ALE pins as conventional 8051 ?
uVision has facilities to support just about evey 8051-derivative that there is, ever has been, and ever will be. Therefore, inveitably, not all options available in uVision will be applicable to all chips. "Does P89LPC932 provide /EA, /PSEN, ALE pins as conventional 8051?" A simple glance at the Datasheet will tell you that! You're going to have to look at the Datasheet sooner or later, so now would be a good time to start!
You're going to have to look at the Datasheet Andy: You are so far behind the times, nobody in his right mind does that any more. Erik
