How to edit "Code competition"

Good day.

I´d like to ask you, how can I edit code competition in Keil uVision 5? I need instead of character "_" character "->". Is it possible?

    Now that the forum has moved to the new ARM "Community", we can see 's screenshot in context (without having to risk an external link):

    That would be what's sometimes referred to as "refactoring".

    I don't believe that uVision has any support from that - beyond the basic text search & replace ?
