Cannot delete uvision

i planned to upgrade my MDK uvison 4

each time i try to installing the new versions

the installation app recognizes the previous version

although i do not mark retain the current uvision configuration ,

i see related file to previous version (i.e projects )

i've tried removing uvision 4,and 5 in program and feature in control panel for
several times and still this happens .
how can i totally delete the previous version
i mean even from registry files. ?!
like it is first time to install the app

    i really did not mean deleting project.

    for example when i installed the new uvison 5 , it will open my previous projects while its the first time i run the application .
    i think there must be some registry files that are not being deleted after un-installation of the app .
    anyway this act of app can be ignored as it doesn't effect the job .
    forget this ...
