questions on IRAM1 and IRAM2

I am using uVision V5.22.0.0.

What is the IRAM1 and IRAM2 under Target tab in the Options for Target window?

ie. I have a project with both IRAM1 and IRAM2 checked, with IRAM1 address from 0x2000000 and size 0xC0 (48 32bit vectors), and IRAM2 address from 0x20000C4.

What happened to the memory space from 0x200000C0 to 0x200000C3?
