ULink PRO Battery

I am thinking about upgrading to a ULink PRO.
Is it faster downloading to Flash than the regular ULink2?

My main concern is:
How long does the battery last on the ULINK PRO?
In other words, what is the life expectancy of the ULINK PRO?

This is since the battery can not be replaced, and it seems the Ulink PRO dies when the battery is empty.

    i try to dump the code from keil mdk version5 to stm32f429 controller through a ulink2 connector, but i get a error ,"SWD COMMUNICATION FAILURE",please inform me how to solve the problem.

    connected ulink to stm32f429 controller

    1.vcc
    2.swclk(pull down registers are connected)
    3.gnd
    4.swdio(pull up registers are connected)
    5.reset
    6.swo

    NOTE: i used only stm32f429 series controller ,not an evaluation board.
