I am new in keil and STM world . I have a project that consist to develop a library for the joystick logitech 3d pro which controle a swimming robot and to implement it in STM32f4discovery card but i have no idea how to deal with that . can anyone help me plz and thanks.
The project you have described is really quite advanced!
As with any other endeavour, when you're new, you need to begin at the beginning with the basics.
Then you can develop your skills and work up until you're ready to tackle the big project.

the STM card will be the host of the joystick and i ust get the parse so is there any library that can be useful ??
ST has USB libraries with HID examples, start there.
See "Design Resources" tabs on the pages dedicated to the board you have, and the one for the chip that's on it.
The key to success in this field is to be able to solve one's own problems. There's a wealth of information out there, you've got to find and digest it.
Well, the STM32 is an ST product - the clue is in the name - so don't you think that the ST website would be a good place to look ... ?
