3KVA true sine wave inverter simpulation

Hi every body
I am looking for a 3kVA of "true sin wave inverter" simpulatrion.
What I am looking for is an 3KVA true sine wave inverter with 20~31volt input and 220volt/50Hz output
is there anybody from somewhere to help me

    3KVA ... with 20~31volt
    that would be 150A, so you better get some hefty wires. Not many sources of that voltage have that current capability for more than a few minutes.

    simulated inverter or simulated (i.e. approximated) sine wave?
