Do any of you know of any type of high temperature microprocessors (200C)? The only thing that I have found is the Honeywell HT83C51. I would prefer a 16 bit or 32 bit but an 8 bitter is acceptable if we can program the device. The HT83C51 is mask only. We have googled and fired off emails to the most notable vendors with no immediate results ( 2 days). Any help is appreciated. Bradford
Thanks all for your rapid feedback. There is a high temp PROM and RAM we found today so the HT83C51 is still in the running. Thanks Erik. I saw the Infineon device and they did reply to my email query. The best they have at this time is 140C as you pointed out. Nikolay, I briefly looked at TI's DSP. I saw no high temp devices. I also sent their sales people an email query. I have not heard from them. I will again go to their confusing website to see if I can find additional information. Thanks again for all your feedbacks.
