Problem with ULINK - Can't run debug mode

Hi everyone.
I have the Atmel AT91SAM7X256-EK board, uVision3 and ULINK . I have successfully installed the ULINK on my machine, however, every time I try to program the flash through ULINK, I get the following error: "Error: Flash download failed - Target DLL has been cancelled". When I try to run in debug mode, I get a similar error. I can't seem to figure out what is causing the problem.

Can anyone suggest a solution?
