MCB2300 does't run without ULINK2

Is it ok that my MCB2300 doesn't run after I've unpluged
the ULINK2 box from it? Because of eval.version?

If it is so, could somebody please explain it in steps why it happens and what is going on after I press "Load" buttom in microvision software. Or one can find a documentation on it. Actually I expect the code is in flash memory.

I tried it with ex. "Blinky".

    Hello,

    I have two usb cables plugged in.
    One is for ULINK2(JTAG) and second one for Usb Power.
    If they are connencted it is everything ok, but if
    one unplugges the JTAG cable the board stops and makes nothing(like secured) and after the next plugging in of JTAG cable it is running again.May be something with jumpers or mvision settings?I use an evaluation software.
