I compile and link my sources without any Problems (Error) then I start my KitCON-163, activated the Bootstrap-loader and Connected to the device.
After this I try to load the Hex-File for downloading but I can't read the file -> Error message " A Error occured while opening the file ! "
What can I do????????

I use µvision2 and generate the h86 file after this I try to open this file with the 16W Flashtool from Phytec -> Only with this Flashtool I got access to the Kitcon board, FlashTool3 and the old FlashT didn't work.
I don't know the 16W flashtool (do you have a link?). And our product uses a custom made tool for the bootstrap download. So I'm affraid I can't help you.
I suggest contacting Phytec or look to a support forum there. Did you manage to get anything working using the Flashtool? Example projects or something?
The error message suggest a simple file-not-found or perhaps an incorrect format? The latter can be checked by building an example project.

by the way, unfortunately there is no demo project for µv2 available for the Phytec kitcon-C163 demo board that I can compile and test afterwards
