ULINK Flash Error

Hello guys,

When I download flash in Ram through ULINK Error comes LPC_IAP_256.flx "flash download fail" the same software when I download using UART works fine.

What is worng ??? Is some file I am mising ?? can someone explain what is this error. I am using lpc2129.
