keil error

We are using arm7 (lpc2148) microcontroller.
We performed Led blinking code.(keil uvision 4 compiler)
Code is not showing any error or warnings.
After debugging ,we are unable to run the code.
Though i got the output once.Then again we were facing same problems
Please provide the solution ASAP.
