Keil uVisions5 through wine on linux: Cannot read TOOLS.INI

Dear friends on the internet,

Please note that I am very new to linux (Ubuntu)

I want to run Keil uVisions5 on my computer. Thus far I have been able to install it through wine. But when I try to launch from the desktop shortcut I get the following message:

"Cannot read C:\Keil_v5\TOOLS.INI

uVision is unusable without a valid TOOLS.INI file. Please reinstall your toolchain"

I have checked and TOOLS.INI is certainly not missing.
How do I proceed from here? Is it even possible to run the program through wine?
