LPC1768 TELNET EXAMPLE AND HTTP_SERVER EXAMPLE CAN WORK AT A TIME?

Hi, i am new to this forum,i am working for LPC1768 tcpnet examples,i am able to load telnet_server example and HTTP_Demo example independent and working properly , i need both telnet_server example and HTTP_Demo example should work at a time. if i modify and merge the both examples will it work? is it possible?
