USB Debug adapter problem

Good day!

I use SiLabs USB Debug adapter to debug F340 MCU program in Keil IDE V4.14.16.0. Windows 10 Home Edition x64. When I press Start/Stop Debug Session button for the first time it works normally. But when I press it for the second time after leaving the previous session. Keil app shuts down. It says Unhandled exception at 0x0BC55850 (SiC8051F.dll) in Uv4.exe: 0xC0000005: Access violation writing location 0x00000084.

What is the problem? Thanks!

    "Keil IDE V4.14.16.0" is not an official release version of µVision, which is pretty old as well. You can download and try the latest C51 evaluation version from keil website to see if you still have this issue or not
