USB Debug adapter problem

Good day!

I use SiLabs USB Debug adapter to debug F340 MCU program in Keil IDE V4.14.16.0. Windows 10 Home Edition x64. When I press Start/Stop Debug Session button for the first time it works normally. But when I press it for the second time after leaving the previous session. Keil app shuts down. It says Unhandled exception at 0x0BC55850 (SiC8051F.dll) in Uv4.exe: 0xC0000005: Access violation writing location 0x00000084.

What is the problem? Thanks!
