how to fix this error .. this happened after formatting my system and reinstall my uvision
Did you unregister the licence from your previous install and then reregister on your fresh install? If you just use the same key, you're bound to fail and will have to contact keil to sort out your mess.
Well the text you yourself posted gives you 3 things to do:
First:
startup_stm32f407xx.s: Error: A9555E: Failed to check out a license.LICENSE ERROR (R207(2): REGISTRY READ ERROR) startup_stm32f407xx.s: startup_stm32f407xx.s: Check that your license details are correct in the License Management dialog of MDK.
Second:
Additional information is available at: startup_stm32f407xx.s: http://www.keil.com/support/man/docs/license/license_management.htm
And third:
startup_stm32f407xx.s: If you need further help, provide this complete error report to your supplier or license.support@arm.com.
So have you actually done all three?
