how to make a bin and hex file from GCC folder?

Hi.
Now I'm trying to make a bin and hex file from CMSIS-SP-00300-r3p2-00erl1\Device\ARM\ARMCM3\Source\GCC\*

gcc_arm.ld
startup_ARMCM3.S
startup_ARMCM3.c

how do I make bin and hex file with these file in gcc environments?
