Where can I run Linker's command?

Hi fellas
I'm trying to find out where can I put/run our Linker's commands.
for example this command:

armlink [... your normal options...] --verbose --list err.txt

I don't know how to use this. :(

    What's the simplest way?
Which way do you recommend to do this?
What do you mean "you can open up a command line"? How can I open up a command line? whatdo you mean of "command line"? do you mean Microsoft command prompt (in Windows)?

Is any tutorial or Application Note about running Linker's commands?

Where/How can I find all of those ways to run a linker's command?
