I have a code to interface touch screen with lpc2148 but the header files for lcd and uart are missing. Where to get it?

Well, there must be thousands of files called "uart.h" and thousands more called "lcd.h" - so the names themselves are virtually meaningless.

So where did you get that code? Why don't you go back there to find or ask for the specific files needed?

If from Keil, you'll need to review the directories in and around where you took the code, and setup Include Paths to where they are situated.
